Fiddle

Named after the Tinker suite of tools, Fiddle is a C++ flexible-backbone protein-structuring software library that models enzyme structural entropy. It has been used in research for guiding directed evolution for enzyme design and implement new strategies for active site construction and protein scaffold selection to design non-natural enzymes for biofuel production.
